The Art4All’s Residency program is an ongoing multilevel forum where artists meet, interact and learn from each other under a structured program. It started from a small set up in Sukhdev Vihar and now runs from Sanskriti Kendra in New Delhi. Under the program, select group of young & upcoming artists who are engaged in interesting innovative work in varied genres from different parts of the country are invited to live and work.  We facilitate their growth, and offer them critique to help improve the quality of their work, offer them guidance, besides organizing open days where their work is displayed to make it accessible to a wider audience and market it for their economic sustainability. The selection of these artists is drafted by an advisory committee comprising of a panel of senior artists and art critics.  The residency in a mix of structured programme and more open-ended options is a platform for reflection and scope for renewed creativity and expression. It includes discussions and interactions amongst the participants as well as lectures by guest artists and visits to local artist studios.  The work resulting from the residencies reflect something of the contemporary borderless terrain of today’s networked world and is showcased to the participants and sponsors. The construct of the month long residency, partly shaped and partly open-ended include visits to the National Museum, local galleries, the college of art, sites of historical/cultural significance besides

facilities to draw and paint, discussions/interactions amongst the participants and on occasions, slide shows/lectures, by guest speakers.
